WallCat
If you have download a milion of walls or floors this is the program for you!!!
For the installation I report you the same explanation my SimCategorizer's Tutorial:
For installing the program is enough installare il programma è sufficiente click on file .exe that downloaded (if you downloaded it compresse (zip) must before decompress (dezip)).
If the program report you that it have an error of path imply that it don't find The Sims's folder, you must insert this data manually.
Now I explain you like do it: up you find the command: File, Option e Tools.
You click on Option and choose the function Set path, the firt up.
You find two strings with the sign ERROR, you click the key FIND at right of the second string.
WallCat ask you search The Sims's forlder.
When you have do it ckick OK. You check that journey is right, if it isn't repeat and click it again OK.
Now you can star to use WallCat.
The name WallCat mean wall categorizer, it be used for catalogue walls and floors.
Up you find option Edit Wall Files (cataloguing walls) and Edit Floor Files (cataloguing floors).
When you choose in which section do you want work, you will have at right walls and floors icones, depend what you have decided.
In this example we work with the walls.
Underline one of walls at left, will appear varied information about it: file's name, price and description.
We click on Edit Wall.
We will have select wall in the foregorund at right and at left we will have some space where insert a new name, a price and a descriction.
Change the prices of wall allow we to see it view in an order inside the game, it will be really useful.
The program will be useful us also for discard the walls that don't like us.
Up you click on File and choose: Create New Folder, you will create in the folder Walls that yet exist, you give a name to folder (we name it: Wall to discard) and click OK.
Now, over in File, you click on Move Selected File, it be of use for move the select wall, we interest put it in the folder "Wall to discard", that we have before create.
If you choose Delete Selected File the wall will discard definitively (the program will ask you the confirmation).
The option Tool, up, permit us to change the wall in image bmp, will be useful for can change it the color or create a new wall recolor, or enrich the old wall with decorum and ornamental design.
Now is all ok!
We are ready to catalogue our walls and floors don't go crazi!
