Boutique doesn't deal only with clothes, as you can see.
We're also the proudly owners of one of the most famous estate agencies of all
simcity!
The feature that made her famous is her newspaper with his free advertisments.
Though it, we can help anyone who wants to sell his apartment or to find the
house of his/her dreams.
If you're looking for an house all it takes is to
send your advertisement to the
editorial office of the Building Barter.
If your goal is to sell a house, you only have to
send us your advertisment,
including your name, the name of the build, a small description and at least a photo of
the building (every files in an only file zip). Don't forget to include the respective file.
The advertisments will be published each time, when/if the free space on the
newspaper will allow us to.
You won't be able to sell houses wich you don't own (i.e. houses stolen from
other sites, even if they have been modified),
nor to sell houses from your own building company (website). This free space is
for private citizens only (i.e. users that
don't have any website to publish their works).
M's Boutique can't read minds like the witch in the historic centre does, so we
won't be held responsible for the files we
will publish.
If we'll find someone who has been cheating, we won't send nor accept any more
files to/from the guilty user.
